The role
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing/ Director of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function- someone who’s as comfortable designing strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital marketing and performance .
You’ll report to our Chief Commercial Officer and manage a growing team, working closely with sales, partnerships, and product to accelerate growth. You’ll have ownership of the marketing roadmap- delivering campaigns and initiatives directly, while shaping how and where we invest to achieve our goals.
This role suits someone hungry, driven, and hands-on - a marketer who thrives in high-performance, fast-moving environments and knows how to blend creativity with commercial acumen.
What success looks like in your first 6 months
You’ve delivered a clear, outcome-oriented marketing roadmap and budget.
You’ve established a robust reporting framework tied to business KPIs.
You’ve taken ownership of key existing channels and provided data-backed recommendations for how to optimise or scale them.
You’ve launched experiments across new digital channels with clear hypotheses and measurable results.

Responsibilities
Define and own the marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with company growth goals and revenue targets.
Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of pace, experimentation, and accountability.
Manage and optimise digital channels (paid, social, SEO, email, website) - to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
The opportunity and encouragement to experiment with new channels and demand generation opportunities to uncover scalable growth levers.
Own and evolve our content strategy- from messaging and positioning to creation and distribution across channels.
Collaborate with sales to build out sales enablement assets and improve funnel conversion.
Own key events and partner marketing programs, ensuring they deliver measurable business outcomes.
Measure and report on performance, establishing clear KPIs and communicating progress to the business.
Lead marketing for our international efforts , driving brand awareness, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives as the company expands its footprint.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience as a senior marketing leader or head of marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
Strong digital marketing expertise- from hands-on campaign execution to managing agencies effectively at pace.
A data-driven mindset , comfortable using analytics to guide strategy and measure performance.
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery - building scalable processes while driving immediate results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience managing teams and budgets, with a track record of developing people and delivering measurable outcomes.
Resilient, proactive, and outcomes-oriented- thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
