Interim - Online Trading Lead

Salary: Day rate up to £600

Contract: Interim (6–12 months) - Immediate start

About the role

We are partnering with a leading consumer healthcare FMCG business to recruit an Online Trading Leas (marketplace). You will own marketplace strategy, vendor partnerships and commercial performance across key platforms (Amazon, Third-Party Marketplaces). This is a hands-on, commercially focused interim leadership role to stabilise and grow online marketplace sales, optimise assortment and pricing, and build the processes and team capability required for long-term scale.

Key areas of focus:

• Scaling business globally across Marketplaces

• Delivering immediate uplift in marketplace sales, margin and conversion rates.

• Establishing robust processes for listings, inventory and promotional management across marketplace channels.

• Lead Amazon global vendor management.

• Building reporting and dashboards that enable rapid, data-driven decisions.

Desirable

• Previous interim or consultancy experience delivering rapid marketplace growth and capability building.

• Experience working with international marketplace expansions or channel partners.

• Familiarity with marketplace tooling (e.g., repricers, advertising platforms, feed management solutions).
