THE ROLE
Seeking a Banking and Finance Partner who will ideally be 8 years plus qualified with experience of acquisition finance, real estate finance and general secured lending.
The firm offers all the benefits any fee-share firm can offer such as control, autonomy and financial reward, and their vision means they have a focus on quality and talent with an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
While they are not looking to be the largest fee-share firm by partner number, they combine the best parts of traditional law firms and fee-share firms and their approach to recruitment, collaboration, infrastructure, and support is more aligned to traditional firms.
