Multi-Trader
Peacock Sourcing Limited are currently recruiting for Multi-Trader to work for their well-established client based in Southwest London. In this role you will join a rapidly expanding business that offers a wide range of carpentry/ maintenance based services to businesses and home within central London, and with a busy year ahead our client is in desperate need of a competent Multi-Trader. The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience as a Handyman/ Multi-Trader using hand tools working on commercial or domestic property with a strong background doing plumbing, carpentry and painting.
- If you are certified to carry out electrical work, this is advantageous.
- If you have experience with pest control such as removal of bedbugs, this is advantageous.
- Good manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination and a positive attitude.
- Good level of English both written and spoken.
- Be punctual, arrive to work on time and be both reliable and honest.
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Be currently registered as self-employed or at least be willing to become so.
- Willing to travel between jobs sites within central London.
- The candidate should also live in London and be able to start ASAP.
