Housing Litigation Lawyer needed in East London Paying £40.81 per hr ref 135822
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of housing litigation matters.
- Conduct possession proceedings, injunction applications, anti-social behaviour cases, and disrepair claims.
- Provide legal advice on tenancy enforcement, homelessness, allocations, and housing management issues.
- Represent the organisation in County Court and relevant tribunals.
- Prepare legal documentation, witness statements, pleadings, and court applications.
- Advise senior managers on legal risks and case strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance and contribute to policy development
