Part-time - 15 hours per week

KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with restaurants in Battersea, Cheltenham, Bristol, Solihull, Oxford and Cambridge.

We offer an extensive menu showcasing a variety of Japanese cuisine, served from a Sushi and Hot Food kitchen. The environments we create are stylish and fun, and our primary focus is on growing a team of people who take pride in delivering a truly standout experience.

We're looking for:

• Someone who thrives working in a stylish fast paced restaurant all the while with a fun and lively team of people around you.
• Ideally you'll already have some hospitality experience under your belt, and if you can bring bags of enthusiasm and energy to the table with a willingness to learn about Japanese food and what we do here, we'd love for you to get in touch.
• A friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team is essential.
• If you have some interest in or knowledge of Japanese food and culture, we'd love to hear about that too!
