Playtech is seeking a hands-on and collaborative Internal Audit Manager to join our UK-based team. Reporting to our Head of Internal Audit, you’ll lead audits end-to-end, contribute to strategic improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Description



Your Influential Mission: You Will…

  • Independently manage the entire audit lifecycle, from initial planning to final reporting.
  • Offer valuable insights that help our teams improve and innovate.
  • Collaborate with other assurance providers and cross-functional teams.
  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and present findings.
  • Use data analytics (Power BI) and AI tools to enhance audit quality.
  • Support junior team members and foster a collaborative audit culture.

Qualifications



Components for Success: You…

  • Have 5–8 years of experience , including 2–4 years in internal audit (in-house preferred, but accounting firm experience is welcome).
  • Hold a relevant professional certification (e.g., CIA , CISA , CIMA , ACCA ).
  • Are confident managing audits independently and presenting solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and cultural adaptability.
  • Are pragmatic, curious, and open to learning from others.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments and can navigate ambiguity.

You’ll Get Extra Points for…

  • Experience in tech, gaming, or fintech industries.
  • Exposure to SOX (US or UK) compliance.
  • Hands-on use of Power BI or other analytics tools.
  • Experience in project management, risk, or control functions.
  • Working in public or listed companies (not mandatory).
