Playtech is seeking a hands-on and collaborative Internal Audit Manager to join our UK-based team. Reporting to our Head of Internal Audit, you’ll lead audits end-to-end, contribute to strategic improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Description
Your Influential Mission: You Will…
- Independently manage the entire audit lifecycle, from initial planning to final reporting.
- Offer valuable insights that help our teams improve and innovate.
- Collaborate with other assurance providers and cross-functional teams.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and present findings.
- Use data analytics (Power BI) and AI tools to enhance audit quality.
- Support junior team members and foster a collaborative audit culture.
Qualifications
Components for Success: You…
- Have 5–8 years of experience , including 2–4 years in internal audit (in-house preferred, but accounting firm experience is welcome).
- Hold a relevant professional certification (e.g., CIA , CISA , CIMA , ACCA ).
- Are confident managing audits independently and presenting solutions.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and cultural adaptability.
- Are pragmatic, curious, and open to learning from others.
- Thrive in dynamic environments and can navigate ambiguity.
You’ll Get Extra Points for…
- Experience in tech, gaming, or fintech industries.
- Exposure to SOX (US or UK) compliance.
- Hands-on use of Power BI or other analytics tools.
- Experience in project management, risk, or control functions.
- Working in public or listed companies (not mandatory).
