Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Working Electrical Supervisor with strong fit-out project experience to oversee and actively participate in electrical works on a long-term project based at 25 Baker Street, London. The successful candidate will combine hands-on electrical duties with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site

Carry out hands-on electrical installation and fit-out works

Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme

Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

Liaise with site management, contractors, and other trades

Conduct toolbox talks and daily briefings

Monitor progress, quality control, and resolve site issues

Ensure materials, tools, and labour are effectively managed

Requirements

Proven experience as a Working Electrical Supervisor

Strong background in commercial fit-out projects

Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Valid Gold or Black CSCS Card

SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)

Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and site procedures

Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on
