Box Office Clerk
The Dominion Theatre is looking for a Box Office Clerk to join our friendly, dedicated Box Office team.
Box Office Clerks play a key role in the smooth running of the Box Office operations. They are responsible for selling tickets to customers in person, responding to requests by telephone or email , and upselling and maximising income whenever possible .
The successful applicant should be a team player , with experience of providing first-class customer service , an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills across multiple platforms and be comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Previous Box Office experience is not essential . We welcome all candidates with transferable skills which meet the job description criteria.
The contract offered is on-site role based on 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime, and involves daytime and evening work, Monday - Sunday . ( Click here to see the current show schedule )

Salary: £14.85 per hour
