About us

Log my Care is the platform for next-generation care providers. We’re built for forward-thinking care teams who want to move beyond outdated systems and deliver the very best person-led care. • Lead development initiatives: Run leadership development programmes and succession planning to grow talent internally.
  • Coach managers: Guide leaders on goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Strengthen employer branding: Champion our reputation as a great place to work by encouraging authentic engagement and visibility on platforms like Glassdoor.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

  • Lead critical hiring: Own recruitment for senior and business-critical roles.
  • Strengthen our employer brand: Help us attract top talent and build a reputation as a great place to work.
  • Implement retention strategies: Keep turnover low and ensure employees are engaged and motivated.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics:

  • Oversee pay and benefits: Make sure our packages are competitive and compliant with UK regulations.
  • Provide insights: Use HR data and KPIs to guide decisions, provide actionable recommendations, and support leadership.

Change, Engagement & Wellbeing:

  • Lead change initiatives: Ensure smooth transitions during periods of organisational change.
  • Champion engagement and wellbeing: Run initiatives that support mental health, inclusivity, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Promote safety and support: Make sure health, safety, and well-being are priorities across the business.
This will be a great opportunity if you want to:
  • Implement our People Strategy at a senior level, taking full ownership of how we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
  • Make a tangible impact in a mission-driven, values-led organisation, where people and culture sit at the heart of business growth.
  • Work closely with a collaborative leadership team, influencing decisions that drive organisational performance and wellbeing.
  • Lead through change, helping to evolve our People function as the company scales and matures.
  • Enjoy a flexible, supportive, and inclusive environment that genuinely prioritises wellbeing, growth, and balance.
You’d be a great fit if you:
  • Have deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR regulations.
  • Bring strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate high EQ, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Are experienced in resolving complex employee relations issues.
