Endocrinologist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endocrinologist to join our medical team. The successful candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage hormonal and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and other endocrine-related illnesses. This role requires collaboration with primary care physicians and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid abnormalities, metabolic imbalances, and hormonal conditions.
- Conduct patient assessments, review medical history, and perform physical examinations.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, including blood tests, hormone testing, and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans that align with best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metab olism.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Endocrinology preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
