Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FMCG

Based in Hounslow – 6 Months Temp to Perm

3 Shift Pattern – 6am/2pm – 2pm/10pm and 10pm/6am

£40 - 45k per annum

The business is now looking for an electrical maintenance engineer to support the internal team and to ensure downtime is to a minimum whilst maintaining standards of a variety of equipment. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer will involve the following.

Reactive maintenance will include fault finding and replacing components on a variety of machines.
Preventative maintenance
Electrical responsibilities will include fault finding on PLCs and a variety of electrical components such as sensors, relays, proximities, contactors, single phase, three phase, E stops.
This will involve covering 3 floors
The Maintenance Engineer must possess the following skills and experience.

Previous electrical experience within an industrial site, can be within, manufacturing, logistics and FMCG
Electrical engineering qualification is a must
Able to fault find and repair a wide range of electrical components
Experience with working on Siemens PLC’s including interrogating, fault finding and rectifying.
Must be physically fit
