Senior Account Executive - Experiential & Social Agency - London/Hybrid - £32-35k

The Role
The agency is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join the team and support campaign delivery across multiple high-profile accounts. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with a background in events, staffing, or experiential marketing who's keen to grow in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of experiential campaigns, influencer activations, and social shoots

• Liaise with suppliers, staffing partners, and production teams

• Support internal project tracking, client updates, and reporting

• Handle logistics and admin tasks, including budget tracking and timelines

• Attend live events and activations, ensuring smooth on-the-ground execution

• Bring energy and fresh thinking to brainstorms and creative development

You

• 1-2 years' experience in experiential, staffing, events, or social media marketing

• Organised and efficient with a strong attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients

• Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities

• Collaborative, enthusiastic, and excited to grow in a dynamic team
