Graduate Client Operations Assistant
The duties of the Graduate Client Operations Assistant include:
- Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
- Assisting with report production and distribution
- Processing client onboarding applications and trade entries
- Supporting dealing, settlement and cash management processes
- Handling client enquiries via email and telephone within agreed SLAs
- Assisting with reconciliations, payments and ad-hoc operational projects
