Office Manager
An excellent Independent School in Camden is seeking a professional and highly organised Office Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the school office and administrative support team. This is a key operational role within the school, ensuring administrative systems run efficiently while supporting staff, students and families effectively.
The successful candidate will oversee administrative procedures, manage office systems and support the coordination of school communications and operations. Responsibilities will include supervising administrative staff, managing schedules and records, coordinating meetings and ensuring the smooth running of front-office functions.
You will also work closely with senior leaders to support school operations, maintain accurate records and ensure high levels of organisation and professionalism across the administrative team. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
The school is looking for someone proactive, approachable and able to manage multiple responsibilities within a busy educational environment. Previous experience in administration or office management is essential, and experience within a school environment would be highly advantageous.
