Leasing Director
The Role
Our Leasing Directors are the ultimate Kitt agents. As the key point of contact for prospective tenants, their agents and our Landlords, you will lead the campaign to let our spaces.
You’ll work closely with Landlords to shape and advise on their go-to-market strategy, before taking ownership of its execution. But the role goes far beyond traditional office leasing. Working collaboratively with our internal Operations and Delivery teams, you’ll develop bespoke solutions that respond to the unique needs of each tenant and their business.
This is a strategic, commercially focused role where your expertise will help shape the leasing journey from initial strategy through to successful lettings.
Responsibilities
- Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with brokers and tenant reps, ensuring Kitt is consistently top of mind as their preferred managed office partner
- Champion our buildings in London by actively promoting them through your strong network
- Conduct tenant viewings with business leaders ranging from HR managers to CEOs
- Partner with internal teams to create and present detailed, customised proposals with information such as floor plans and projected costs
- Lead on deal negotiations for our landlord partners with prospective tenants and their agents
- Agree terms by all parties before handing over to the Real Estate Advisory team to complete the legal and programme management to move in
- Keep our CRM, HubSpot, up to date with accurate deal and activity data to ensure visibility across the business and support forecasting
- Lead and advise landlords on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for their buildings and lead on the implementation of these alongside the marketing team
- Stay on top of market availability, trends, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and positioning
About you
- You have a very strong understanding and experience of both the traditional leasing and flexible office industries
- You have a strong network of Agents and Brokers in the London Office Market
- You have experience working on 10,000 sq ft plus deals
- You’re target-driven and always looking to exceed expectations
- You’re a natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly, both internally and externally
Why Kitt?
