School Administrator role - Independent Croydon School
We are working with a high-calibre Independent school in Croydon seeking an organised School Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent role starting in September 2026, acting as a key liaison between the Headteacher, Governors, and parents.
The Role
Executive Support: Manage the Headteacher’s diary, correspondence, and travel arrangements with total precision and confidentiality.
Governance: Act as Clerk to the Governing Body, preparing agendas and minutes for high-level strategic meetings.
Communication: Serve as the professional face of the school, managing complex enquiries from stakeholders with humanity and poise.
Office Leadership: Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure the school office runs like clockwork in a tranquil environment.

Salary Range: £35,842 – £38,843
