Lead Teaching and Learning Practitioner
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead others in making a real difference to the lives of autistic children and young adults?
We’re looking for an inspiring Lead Teaching and Learning Practitioner to join our Tram House BeyondAutism school in Wandsworth Earlsfield, London .
As a Lead Practitioner, you’ll guide and support classroom teams in delivering high-quality, evidence-based teaching underpinned by Behaviour Analysis. You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists, and senior leaders to ensure every learner receives personalised support that helps them thrive, building communication, confidence, and independence.
BeyondAutism is an inspiring and fun place to work, and an organisation where you can grow and develop with likeminded professionals. We offer multiple and generous benefits to employees including an extensive in-house professional training programme enabling you to develop within the field of special needs education. Through our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme we have supported staff through our career paths to become Qualified Teachers, BCBA’s and Therapists; and we offer many opportunities for progression including further education opportunities for Masters, RBTs, diplomas and certificates.
If you are a passionate, driven and caring individual, educated to at least A-Level standard or with recognised childcare qualifications, who shares our mission of empowering autistic people then we would love to hear from you.
We are particularly seeking applications from people that represent the diversity of our community.
BeyondAutism is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced disclosure will be conducted for the successful applicant.
