Senior CRM & Social Media Executive - French Speaking

We’re looking for a data-driven, customer-focused individual with 1+ years of CRM marketing experience and some exposure to managing a social media account is a plus. However, attitude is the number one attribute we hire for and want an individual who is eager to learn quickly in this space and make a big impact.
Language requirement: Fluent French - Please only apply if you speak fluent French & are comfortable translating all email campaigns, flows & content into French, and posting on our French social media Instagram.
As the Senior CRM & Social Media Executive , you will support the development and optimisation of our multi-channel CRM marketing communications to drive engagement and loyalty within our existing customer base, and convert potential customers into repeat purchasers – with a primary focus on the French and wider EU market.
While the majority of your role will focus on CRM strategy and execution, approximately 20-25% will be dedicated to managing our French Instagram account, including frequent posting, content planning, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging while tailoring content for local market relevance.

🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
This is a very hands-on role, with your time being split across writing our email campaign copy, translating into French, building across multiple markets with a market-specific personalised approach, segmenting customers, and reviewing the campaign performance to determine future improvements.
Email campaign creation: You’ll be heavily involved with end-to-end campaign building, including creating French and Italian campaigns , which will include:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing communications across email and SMS, ensuring alignment with our launch and promotional calendar.
- Build and schedule email marketing campaigns using our CRM platform, Klaviyo.
- Working closely with other teams, specifically the creative team, to help design the most effective campaigns possible.
- Run AB tests where appropriate to drive incremental value across markets
Data analysis, segmentation and targeting:
- Analyse campaign and flow performance, monitor key metrics, customer group behaviour, and sales data, using this to optimise content, customer targeting, and overall performance of all campaigns and comms.
- Continuously review segment growth and performance, identifying potential risk groups and areas of opportunity to drive more revenue.
French social media Instagram account
- Familiar with posting on Instagram, understanding the algorithm and what makes good content for a brand. If you don’t have experience in socials, don’t worry! Eagerness to learn + the wider skills to be able to grow into this space, is what we’re looking for here.
- Proactively plan your weekly content for the French Instagram account, aligning with what the wider social team
- Doing voiceovers where relevant (in French) to complement videos you or the social team create.
- Monitor metrics & strive to hit the growth KPIs
🚀What we need from you:
- French speaking and/ or Italian-speaking / multi-lingual would be beneficial
- Previous experience in a CRM/email marketing role is highly preferable. Experience in campaign setup, email communications, understanding the customer journey, and how to nurture customers to their next purchase.
- Experience running A/B tests and optimisations within the realms of CRM.
- Proficient experience using a CRM platform such as Klaviyo.
- If you do not have direct experience in email marketing, we are also open to curious, driven individuals with a strong desire to learn quickly and make a big impact.
- A knowledge of data analysis and identifying trends, specifically within CRM metrics/KPI analysis.
- Experience in working on social media - specifically instagram, or a keen eagerness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and strong planning and organisational skills is required.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic self-starter with a hunger to learn.
