Associate Quantity Surveyor - MRICS Leading Consultancy London

I'm representing a highly regarded construction consultancy who are looking to appoint an MRICS Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS to step into a leadership role, driving complex and multiple projects whilst guiding and developing a growing team.

The Role :

• Lead and deliver projects across a diverse portfolio, from inception through to completion.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency across outputs.
• Operate as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear commercial guidance.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, with scope to progress into a Director role in the future.

Sectors of focus:

• Office
• Commercial fit-out
• PBSA
• Hospitality
• Residential
• (Additional exposure to Life Sciences projects is a strong advantage for the London office)

About You:

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor ( MRICS ).
• Consultancy background is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of running projects independently and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Client-facing with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
