Job Title: Pricing Executive – International Export
Salary £51,740 with guaranteed pay progression after 12 months, 10% annual bonus potential with 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.
Permanent, Full time.
Location: Royal Mail, 185 Farringdon Road, London, EC1A 1AA.
This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to attend the office 3 days each week. Every Thursday, with two other flexible days.

About the role
• Lead pricing input for international annual tariffs and retail frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficiency across IT, Finance, and Communications.
• Develop innovative pricing solutions for global markets, aligned with strategic goals and leveraging new pricing technologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to streamline governance and approvals for international pricing.
• Analyse complex international datasets using Excel (VBA), Tableau, and next-generation pricing platforms to uncover trends and drive commercial strategy.
• Influence stakeholders and communicate international pricing changes clearly and effectively.
• Support customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and deal optimization to maximize value across international markets.
About You
• Proven experience in developing and executing pricing strategies in a large, complex organisation – international markets.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Excel modelling and/or experience with Tableau.
• Ability to analyse large, complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Financial knowledge around cost contribution and margin analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM and pricing systems (Salesforce, Vistex, RevFlo, SAP) is desirable.
