Fully Remote Conveyancing Paralegal
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Title check freehold matters independently and assist on leasehold cases
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, keeping them informed at every stage
- Use advanced legal technology to streamline processes and enhance client experience
- Collaborate with legal, design, and software development teams to refine internal systems
- Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact clients
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal in residential conveyancing
- Confident handling freehold title checks with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
- Tech-savvy and open to working with innovative digital tools
- A team player with a problem-solving mindset and an eye for process improvement
- Fully remote working – enjoy true flexibility
