As a Spa & Retail Concierge, you will be the trusted advisor and curator for our guests’ well-being and retail journeys. With a deep understanding of London’s luxury wellness scene, bespoke shopping destinations, and exclusive partnerships, you will deliver seamless, highly personalised experiences that enrich our guests’ lives. From recommending world-class fitness, spa, and holistic treatments to securing private shopping experiences and tailoring bespoke gifting, you will anticipate needs with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for wellness and retail experiences, delivering personalised recommendations and access to exclusive partners.

• Cultivate expert knowledge of London’s wellness, fitness, spa, and retail offerings to provide unique, insider guidance.

• Collaborate with the spa, guest relations, and retail partners to curate bespoke experiences that embody Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality.

• Maintain Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood Brand Standards, ensuring exceptional quality and detail at every guest touchpoint.

• Proactively anticipate guest needs, personal preferences, and special occasions to create memorable and meaningful experiences.

• Strong background in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, retail, or wellness.

• In-depth knowledge of London’s wellness and retail landscape.

• Natural connector with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
