As School Receptionist, you will be at the heart of the school office, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for parents | visitors | and staff. You will manage communications | support administrative processes | and ensure the smooth running of daily school operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming visitors and managing the school reception area
Handling phone calls | emails | and general enquiries efficiently
Maintaining visitor logs and supporting safeguarding procedures
Assisting with administrative tasks such as attendance records and correspondence
Supporting school events and other office duties as required
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist | administrative | or customer service role is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised | reliable | and able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable using standard office software
