About us…
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Webflow Developer to own the design, build and ongoing optimisation of our digital web experiences. This role sits at the intersection of UX/UI design, Webflow development, and marketing activation, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, scalable and easy for teams to deploy.
You will be the go-to expert for Webflow and interactive content tools, partnering closely with marketing, brand, and product teams to bring campaigns and digital experiences to life.
This role will sit within the marketing function, within our design team.
What you’ll be doing..
- Web & UX ownership
- Own the design and development of websites and landing pages using Webflow
- Translate briefs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive digital experiences
- Champion UX best practices, accessibility, and performance optimisation
- Maintain and evolve design systems, components, and page templates
- Work with the Web and MarOps Manager to maintain momentum on website value and growth
Design & creative execution
- Produce UI designs, layouts, and visual assets aligned to brand guideline
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure consistency across channels
- Rapidly prototype and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and performance data
Interactive & marketing content
- Build and manage interactive content using tools such as Webflow and Ceros
- Enable marketing teams to self-serve content through templates and guidance
- Support campaign launches with fast, high-quality digital execution
Marketing operations & optimisation
- Work closely with marketing ops to integrate web experiences into campaigns, driving leads and visibility
- Support tracking, analytics, and conversion optimisation
- Ensure content governance, version control, and documentation are in place
Platform & tooling
- Act as the Webflow platform owner: CMS structure, permissions, and best practice
- Evaluate and recommend new tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability
- Liaise with external agencies or freelancers when required
Who are you?
Essential
- Strong hands-on experience with Webflow (design and build)
- Solid grounding in UX/UI design principles
- Experience creating responsive, accessible web experiences
- Comfortable working across design, development, and marketing teams
Desirable
- Experience with Ceros or similar interactive content platforms
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end best practices
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns and content operations

- Salary up to £70,000 DOE
- You will be apart of our 12% annual core bonus
