Estate Operative
Full-time, permanent - £26k
Tuesday to Saturday
8 am till 5 pm or 7 am till 4 pm Responsibilities:
As an Estate Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our estates are clean, safe, and welcoming. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Clean and tidy all communal areas, inside and outside buildings Empty bins and remove litter, fly-tipping, and graffiti Carry out minor repairs and report larger maintenance issues Check lighting, doors, and safety equipment regularly Maintain outdoor spaces such as gardens, paths, and car parks Grit and clear walkways during bad weather Report vandalism, damage, or health and safety concerns Assist residents with simple requests or direct them to the right team Supervise contractors and ensure work areas are safe Keep records of daily tasks, inspections, and issues Who Are We Looking For?
