Field Team Manager, London

At Calisen Metering , we’re powering the future of smart energy. As a trusted leader in energy infrastructure, we’re expanding our field operations and looking for a Field Team Manager in London to lead and inspire our team of dedicated Meter Readers .
As a Field Team Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind the performance, safety, and motivation of your field-based team. You’ll ensure our meter readers deliver accurate, timely readings while providing excellent service to our customers.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience leading or managing a team.
- Background in metering, utilities, energy, or a related sector (desirable).
- Strong understanding of performance monitoring, mentoring, and staff development.
- Experience in operational support, administration, or clerical functions.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Confident in handling data entry, record-keeping, and managing digital systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technology.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments.
- Capable of managing workloads effectively and prioritising in a fast-paced environment.
