FP&A Analyst
- Work closely with business stakeholders to manage headcount, staff costs and divisional spend, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Prepare and analyse consolidated results for board reporting and budget packs, showcasing your financial insights and expertise
- Work closely with other Finance colleagues to consolidate forecasts into a single set of results, ensuring variances are understood and outputs are communicated appropriately
- Support cashflow modelling initiatives and monitoring of key KPIs, helping the business stay on track financially
- Produce financial models and be responsible for tracking the performance of all M&A activities, contributing to strategic decision making
What you’ll bring to the role
You'll need to be a qualified accountant with strong finance experience, exceptional Excel modelling skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.- Exceptional Excel modelling skills to build robust and scalable spreadsheets, making data work for you
- Excellent influencing skills to manage relationships at all levels, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication
- A critical eye for detail to quickly identify key issues and provide high quality financial insights beyond standard reporting
- The ability to juggle conflicting priorities, manage expectations and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- A qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), ready to bring your financial insights to the table
