Play a key role in helping young people build confidence, independence and a love of learning.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group support as an SEN Teaching Assistant, tailored to meet each pupil's individual learning and communication needs.
Work collaboratively with class teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to achieve EHCP goals.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence and active engagement in all aspects of school life.
Contribute to a safe, caring and nurturing learning environment. What We're Looking For Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional or special educational needs.
A patient, empathetic and adaptable approach to learning and behaviour support.
A genuine commitment to inclusive education and helping every child succeed.
