The Role:

As a GARAGE Brand Ambassador Lead, you’ll be the voice and first touchpoint of the brand. You will bring our vision to life through your unique lens. From creating authentic content in-store to leading events and inspiring your community, you’ll play a key role in growing brand recognition, building trust, and fostering a vibrant community around GARAGE.

• Represent GARAGE on social media through your own channels by creating engaging in-store content that sparks conversation and builds credibility.
• Champion a community-first mindset, inspiring real connections both online and offline.
• Build authentic relationships with peers and customers, inspiring potential ambassadors and future team members.
• Support the growth of community-driven initiatives by mentoring, encouraging, and celebrating others.
• Plan, host, and bring to life local events and community activations that strengthen brand presence.
• Travel to support new store openings, training sessions, and exclusive brand trips.
• Lead product and content creation training sessions, equipping peers with the skills needed to create brand-elevating content.
• Coach and mentor community members regularly to drive continuous growth.
• Act as the voice of our customers by conducting research and identifying their needs and priorities.
• Lead monthly calls with fellow ambassadors and weekly check-ins with programme leaders.
• Share updates, feedback, and best practices while keeping the community energised through recognition and incentives.

About You:

• Minimum of 10K TikTok followers, with a strong social media presence and proven content creation skills.

• A valid passport and ability to work globally as well as frequent travel nationally.

• Passion for fashion, styling, and the GARAGE brand.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire peers.

• Flexibility to travel and support events.

• Experience in retail, community building, or influencer marketing is an asset.

• Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.

• Proficiency in creating and editing in social media formats, such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Pinterest, and experience with editing tools, such as Photoshop, InDesign, CapCut, and Canva.
