This is a strategic and high-profile role for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established, national firm and lead the expansion of its London family offering. The successful candidate will oversee a full range of privately funded family work, including high-net-worth financial remedy cases, private children matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and complex divorces. This is a hands-on role, with responsibility for managing client cases and developing the team, whilst helping to shape the practice strategically. THE CANDIDATE:
We are seeking a senior Family Lawyer with a proven track record of handling complex private family matters. You will ideally have an existing client following or a strong network in the City, with an appetite for business development and the ability to generate new work. The role suits someone ambitious, proactive and ready to take ownership of a growing London family team. Excellent client care, technical expertise and strong leadership skills are essential.
