Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that gauge account health and revenue performance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimise strategies for account growth.
Client Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including directors, senior directors, and VPs across product, design, engineering, and business units.
Serve as a trusted adviser, delivering strategic insights and ensuring that client objectives are fully met.

Partner with delivery teams and other internal stakeholders to align account strategies with project execution and client success.
Facilitate open communication between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to digital transformation initiatives.
