CRM Campaign Operations Specialist (12-month Parental Cover)

Please note this is a 12-month Parental cover role (Fixed Term Contract) and the work location is in our London HUB and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager – CRM Campaign Operations, you will be accountable for high-quality execution and operational craft of CRM campaigns and lifecycle programs. The role owns the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of campaign builds, ensuring campaigns are delivered to standard, on time, and ready for deployment across LEGO branded channels.
- Own the end-to-end execution of assigned CRM campaigns and lifecycle programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (and related tooling), including segmentation, personalisation, automation, deployment, and validation.
- Deliver campaigns to agreed timelines and operational standards, taking accountability for readiness prior to deployment.
- Apply disciplined QA across data, personalisation, content, links, and rendering to ensure campaigns meet operational and LEGO brand standards.
- Validate builds before deployment and raise risks early where quality or timing may be compromised.
- Maintain high operational hygiene across assets, data extensions, automations, and templates to ensure scalability and reusability.
- Follow and improve workflows and build standards to increase speed and consistency.
- Create and update documentation and playbooks for the areas you execute, ensuring clarity and ease of reuse for the team.
- Continuously develop platform and operational expertise to improve delivery craft.
- Execute testing plans and optimisation adjustments in partnership with Testing and Performance teams.
- Provide operational feedback to Senior Specialists and the Manager on tooling gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Identify practical improvements in builds, templates, and workflows that reduce manual effort and errors.
- Take ownership of improving how work gets done, not just delivering tasks.

Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in CRM campaign operations or related field.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering effective CRM campaigns.
- Proficiency in front-end development languages, with essential expertise in HTML and AMPScript to facilitate effective personalisation.
- Good understanding of CRM platforms and campaign management tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent with strong organisational abilities
