Senior Orthopaedic Scrub, Private Hospital, Central London
Our client, a leading private surgical hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Scrub Theatre Practitioner with a focus in orthopaedics, to join it's experienced and dynamic team. Working with a wide variety of specialisms you will be able to develop your clinical skills in a modern, dynamic and supportive environment.
Our client offers comprehensive private hospital services in a comfortable and relaxed environment to its patients in Central London. The successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work and provides a high standard of clinical care and a high standard of professional practice.
Core Responsibilities
- To adhere to the NMC/HCPC Code of Professional Conduct at all times.
- Be able to provide complex care to patients with minimal supervision.
- Promote and implement research based clinical practice.
- Evaluate care outcomes
- Co-ordinate the nursing team in the delivery of care for the theatres list
Required skills & experience
- 2 years post registration experience with a minimum 2 years scrub experience
- Ability to scrub for a wide variety of specialties with a minimum of 1 year experience with orthopaedics.
- Qualified RGN/ODP
