An opportunity for an Assistant Estimator to join a well-established main contractor, working on listed buildings, heritage restorations, and high-profile London projects.

Based full-time in central London you'll work as part of a close-knit estimating team alongside Senior Estimators taking responsibility for pricing smaller works and supporting tenders across a varied portfolio of specialist schemes.

The Role
• Assistant Estimator role on heritage, refurbishment, and specialist projects
• Pricing smaller works packages and assisting with tender submissions
• Preparing take-offs and bills of quantities under guidance of senior staff
• Managing subcontractor enquiries and analysing returns
• Supporting the estimating team on larger bids and tenders
• Office-based role with clear progression for the right individual

What they're looking for
• 3 5 years' experience in an estimating role within a main contractor environment
• Structured training and experience working in a team alongside Senior Estimators
• Ability to price up smaller works independently
• Familiarity with Conquest software beneficial but not essential
• Interest in heritage, listed buildings, and high-profile construction projects
