We are working with an established and market-leading, independent supply and distribution company who work with Nationwide clients.

Due to business demands they are seeking an additional member of staff to work in their busy customer service team.

• £25,500 – £27,500
• Based in Chessington
• Free onsite parking

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with customers via telephone, email or face to face
• Taking details of orders and inputting information accurately onto the inhouse database
• Advising on availability of stock and delivery dates
• Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Provide and demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times

Person Specification:

• Previous Administration and customer service skills
• Possess excellent communication Skills
• Be numerate and literate
• Have excellent PC Skills
• Be able to work either on your own or as part of a team
• Ability to act in a calm and professional manner at all times
• Proactive, and positive, with a ‘can-do attitude
• Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
• Ability to multitask

Additional Information:

• £25,500 – £27,500 (DOE)
• Working hours 08.00 – 5.00 pm Monday – Friday
• 31 Days Holiday including bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown
