We’re partnering with a leading global influencer marketing agency at a pivotal moment of international growth. With headquarters in London and New York , and offices across major global cities, this agency works with some of the world’s most recognisable brands across beauty, fashion, lifestyle and technology , delivering data-led, creative campaigns that drive real commercial impact.

They’re now looking for a Senior Strategist to play a critical role in shaping high-value, enterprise-level opportunities — sitting at the intersection of social, media, influencer and new business strategy .

This is not a traditional “always-on social” role. Instead, it’s a senior, visible position focused on winning and shaping major global briefs , building best-in-class strategic frameworks, and helping define how the agency shows up at the highest level.

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 + Bonus

The Role

Reporting directly into the Global Business Director and CEO , you’ll be a senior strategic voice within the agency — leading thinking across large-scale RFPs, pitches and proposals for global clients.

Around 75% of your time will be dedicated to new business , working on complex, high-value opportunities where smart strategy, clear frameworks and compelling storytelling are essential.

You’ll be responsible for translating business and brand challenges into integrated social, influencer and media strategies , ensuring every response is grounded in audience insight, platform behaviour and measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading strategy on enterprise-level RFPs and pitch opportunities
• Developing integrated social, influencer and media frameworks across paid and organic
• Building playbooks, toolkits and strategic templates to elevate proposal output
• Owning communications and channel frameworks that clearly articulate the “why”
• Collaborating closely with commercial, creative and leadership teams
• Supporting media planning and campaign architecture for global briefs
• Helping shape how the agency positions itself strategically to the market
• Bringing rigour, clarity and confidence to senior client-facing moments

About You

• Proven experience in a strategy, planning or media role within an agency environment
• Strong background in proposal development, pitches and RFP responses
• Experience working on integrated campaigns (social, influencer, media)
• Comfortable developing media plans across paid and organic channels
• Confident building strategic narratives and comms frameworks
• Commercially minded, with the ability to think at enterprise scale
• Clear, persuasive communicator — particularly in written strategy and decks
• Experience in social or influencer strategy is ideal, but media agency backgrounds are very welcome
