What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers ensuring high standards of practice and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of DoLS assessments while ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and standards.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to your team, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure cohesive service delivery and positive outcomes for service users.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery.

Requirements of the Social Work Team Manager:
- Possess a degree or equivalent in social work, coupled with a current Social Work England registration.
- Demonstrable managerial experience in a social work setting, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Proven ability to lead frontline services with a focus on managing and developing teams within a DoLS context.
