Admin Assistant - property investment consultancy - Office Based
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join a property investment consultancy based in Canary Wharf! This is a fantastic opportunity to break into a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, founder-led business where no two days are the same. Working in a dynamic and lively environment, you’ll have the chance to learn quickly, take responsibility and become a valued part of a close-knit, supportive team. Attention to detail is absolutely essential.
This is a role where names, numbers and information must be recorded accurately; getting the detail right really matters. Alongside this, you’ll be dealing directly with clients, managing a range of administrative tasks, following important compliance procedures and confidently taking ownership of your own workload.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, switched-on and naturally proactive - someone who is happy to use their initiative when faced with a challenge. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling priorities, working at pace and taking pride in getting things right.
