We are recruiting for a passionate and driven Head Bartender to join the opening team of what's set to become one of Hoxton's most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art'otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led by Michelin-Starred Chef Kenny Atkinson features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London's skyline.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine - sunshine food for the soul.

As our Head Bartender , you will receive:

• Salary: £14.04 per hour plus generous TRONC - Up to £16.50/hour (rate inclusive of TRONC)

We are looking for our Head Bartender , who:

• Responds quickly to take orders and meticulously prepares drinks
• Ensures our bar runs a smooth service that makes our guests want to return
• Is an excellent leader and inspires the team
• Can provide training to the team members
• Has a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits
• Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
• Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
• Has previous experience as a Senior Bartender, Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor/Team Leader
