A leading Share Planing team and looking for a Tax Manager to help design and deliver innovative employee incentive solutions for a wide range of clients - from dynamic mid-market companies to PE-backed groups.
The role -
Advise on equity reward plans, growth shares, and cash incentives
Work closely with clients on transactions and bespoke incentive design
Collaborate with experts across Corporate Finance, Valuations, and People Advisory
Lead client relationships and support junior team members
Contribute to business development and help shape the Share Planning offering
You'll bring:
Experience in equity reward or employee incentives (tax or legal background)
A professional qualification - CTA / ATT / ACA / Solicitor (or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, commercial mindset
