Global Ultra High Net Worth Proposition Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Global Ultra High Net Worth Proposition Manager to help drive key propositional developments and ensure global implementation, to effectively provide the whole of HSBC products, services and capabilities to our clients. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Private Bank Proposition and Distribution teams, the regional Ultra frontline teams, Wealth & Premier Solutions product, Wealth Planning and COO functions. You will collaborate with various business lines to cover Ultra client coverage design, product proposition, multigenerational wealth proposition (in partnership with Wealth Planning), client engagement initiatives, as well as learning and development projects, digital usage and client experience.

In this role you’ll:
- Support the implementation of Ultra High Net Worth proposition initiatives, working with key stakeholders to ensure an attractive and commercial offering for Ultra and Family Office clients
- Work with the regional Ultra teams to help execute new propositions, assess competitiveness and consider cost-income trade-offs
- Ensure proposition alignment with other areas of Distribution including Marketing colleagues to ensure strong articulation of our proposition to Ultra clients
- Help drive the implementation of Ultra client experience improvements, including actions identified by the client insights Net Promoter System framework, working with COO and other relevant stakeholders
- Partner with the global WPS teams, including the Ultra Solutions Group, to ensure best-in-class Ultra products and service, with optimum use of delivery channels to deliver a competitive offering
- Assist Ultra client coverage design to support performance and growth across the Ultra segment, working with the Ultra High Net Worth teams
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven working knowledge of Private Banking would be desirable, otherwise proven working knowledge other other adjacant domains such as Asset Management or Wealth Management would be essential
- Understanding of Ultra High Net Worth client segment and business – i.e. having a level of understanding of the the Ultra proposition, distribution channels, tools and operations is essential. Any experience would be desirable.
- Prior experience of Proposition Development - desirable
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Structured thinking, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - essential
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative and results oriented mind-set - essential
- Ability to manage upwards, escalate appropriately and prioritise
