About The Role

Our brand-new Care Centre is launching very soon, and we are seeking a Call Centre Manager!

This exciting newopportunity for a Call Centre Manager will be a pivotal role within Colosseum Dental, and we need someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, driving commercial success, and building a high-performing, positive culture.

This is a chance to make your mark in a role that blends operational excellence, visionary leadership, and commercial acumen! You will also manage 4 x Team Leaders.

We are looking for someone who is data driven, great with people and excited about introducing new technology. We will be using AI as well as other state of the art technology to enhance our patient experience and drive results.

This is a flexible hybrid role, with days to be worked at home as well as travel to regional dental clinics.

Our Care Centre will be open 7-days per week and will require flexible working across 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Sunday.

About You

We’d love to hear from you, if you have the following

• A strong background in team leadership and operational management
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and business performance
• The ability to leverage data and insights to boost results
• Experience in coaching, training, and onboarding dynamic teams
• Call centre managerial experience
• A dental background would be beneficial
