M&E Engineer (Canary Wharf)
A well-established building services consultancy, renowned for delivering innovative and sustainable M&E solutions, is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join their growing team in Canary Wharf. Operating across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, the company prides itself on technical excellence and a collaborative approach to engineering. The Role This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile London projects within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You'll play a key role in the delivery of mechanical and electrical services across a range of building types, from concept design through to completion and handover. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical input in the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical and electrical building services. Liaise closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications. Support the commissioning and handover of building services systems. Contribute to value engineering exercises to optimise design and delivery. Produce and review technical drawings, reports, and specifications. About You: Degree or equivalent qualification in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Proven UK experience in M&E engineering within the construction or building services sector. Strong understanding of relevant building regulations, codes, and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
