Facilities Manager
Oversee the delivery of hard services (e.g., building maintenance, compliance) and soft services (e.g., cleaning, security, catering)
Ensure all sites meet health and safety standards and statutory requirements
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency
Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships effectively
Act as the main point of contact for FM-related issues across the estate.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in facilities management across multi-site operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
Excellent knowledge of FM compliance, health & safety, and service delivery
Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential.
