Senior Associate, Technology Disputes, London
Our client, a leading Technology law firm, is top-ranked by Legal 500 UK 2026 across Technology, Media, Data and Commercial Litigation.
The firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to join the leading Technology Disputes team - one of the largest of its kind in the UK. You will advise a range of clients, from fast-growing start-ups, to global tech giants, on complex, high-value disputes involving IT transformation, outsourcing, AI and beyond.
Recent Highlights:
- Defending global tech and gaming platforms in class action proceedings before the Competition Appeals Tribunal.
- Acting in a £200m IT outsourcing dispute for a global services provider.
- Representing a live sports broadcaster in a £10m contractual dispute.
- Advising public- and private-sector IT suppliers on large-scale transformation disagreements.
Skills required:
- 5+ PQE in Technology and IT Disputes.
- Experience in complex technology implementation, outsourcing, AI or licensing disputes.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to deliver pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
- Proven client management skills and a collaborative approach to mentoring junior lawyers.
