At SEPHORA we inspire our customers, empower our teams, and help them become the best versions of themselves. We create an environment where people are valued, welcomed, and free to celebrate what makes them unique.
We are united by a common goal - to reimagine the future of beauty together. And now, we’re excited to invite the next generation of talent to join us on that journey.
The Opportunity
Are you passionate about discovering great talent, crafting meaningful candidate experiences, and amplifying an employer brand people genuinely want to be part of?
As a Talent Acquisition Intern - Retail, you’ll support new and existing store recruitment initiatives across the UK as we continue on an exciting growth journey. This is an exciting chance to build hands‑on TA experience within a fast‑paced, beauty‑driven environment and deliver exceptional experiences.
What you’ll be doing…
- Assisting with the sourcing and screening of candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Supporting the coordination and administration of the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate pipelines.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience.
- Helping prepare onboarding materials (from contract issuing through to adding new hires onto internal systems) and assisting with induction sessions to ensure a seamless new starter experience.
- Playing a key role in enhancing our candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Sephora’s values and culture.
- Supporting employer branding efforts, including content creation, careers‑site updates, social‑media storytelling, and campus/early careers initiatives.
- Conducting research on market trends, competitor best practices, and emerging TA tools to support continuous improvement.
What you'll bring…
You’re organised, proactive and curious, with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to learn and grow. Some experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment would be highly beneficial.
What will help you succeed…
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach with an eagerness to learn and contribute ideas.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Occasional travel in the UK may be required to supporting hiring and recruitment events off‑site.
What you need to know…
The internship programme will run for a period of 12 months.
- You will need to hold valid right‑to‑work status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
- This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week.
