We have a fantastic opportunity for an Arboriculture Contracts Manager to join our existing leadership team, overseeing the delivery of our wide range of contracted services across the South of England.

This is a dedicated arb management role forming an integral part of the delivery team.

You will have responsibility for your own P&L account, client relationships, delivery of programmes through employed and subcontract supply chains, and will be supported by our Head of Arboriculture as well as our dedicated Arb Admin team and Head office support functions to maximise your focus on delivery and people.

The vacancy can be filled by a post holder working from either our North London or Biggleswade Depot.

A company vehicle is provided alongside all IT software and equipment, PPE, and uniform. Salary in excess of £40,000 per annum plus annual performance related bonus.

Ongoing training, CPD, and development of management and leadership skills.

An integrated leadership team and clear strategic business direction and support with an ability to lead and shape your own department.

As well as bringing practical arboriculture experience this role requires a strong and capable leader with business acumen. Further and ongoing training to support learning and development into a department leader will be provided.
