Location: Covering -Croydon/Lambeth/Wandsworth & GREENWICH Boroughs
Salary: From £31,000 per annum (with progression opportunities)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Your Role: Empowering Independence
As a Support Worker , you’ll guide a caseload of 20–25 service users through their journey to stability. Your creativity and dedication will help shape workshops, 1:1 sessions, and personalised support plans that inspire lasting change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging group workshops and individual support sessions (avg. 10 hours/month per service user).
- Design innovative, trauma-informed support plans with achievable goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and quarterly reviews to ensure progress.
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages growth and independence.
- Maintain accurate records while building trusting, respectful relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who believes in second chances and has:
- Experience: 4+ years in support work (homelessness, mental health, or addiction preferred).
- Resilience & Compassion: Ability to manage challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Initiative: A self-starter who can work independently while thriving in a team.
- Passion for Impact: A genuine drive to help vulnerable men rebuild their lives.
