- Hardware Break and Fix management

- Smart hands and eyes (no specific skills required)
- L1 video conference equipment support
- Reasonable endeavours event and meeting support
- 3rd party accompanying
- Smart Phone & SIM card activation
- Prepare goods for shipment
- Manage refresh plan/process
- Update AMDB
- On Stock Sites, stock management and goods-in including staging / pre-imaging and tracking shipments to users
- Tape swap (some sites)
- Paper and printers excluding physical (some sites)
